Please note: our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival.

Complimentary shuttle service is available to hotel guests arriving and/or departing from the Victoria International Airport, BC Ferries Swartz Bay terminal, and Washington State Ferries terminal in Sidney. Shuttle service must be requested in advance and is subject to availability; some restrictions apply.

Underground parking is $5 per day and complimentary valet service is available. As part of our eco-friendly initiatives, parking for hybrid vehicles is complimentary. Longterm parking is available from October through May - please inquire for rates.
