Everything You Need To Know

Flexible Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a charge of one night’s room and tax. To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly by phone or email. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive confirmation from the hotel.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Guests who do not arrive as scheduled—or who cancel within 48 hours of arrival—will be charged for all pre-booked nights that fall within the 48-hour window, to the authorized card on file.

Third-Party Reservations
If your booking was made through a third-party website (such as Expedia, Booking.com, or Hotels.com), all changes and cancellations must be made directly with that provider. The hotel is unable to modify or cancel reservations booked through outside agencies.
