What You Need To Know

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in with our receptionist and fill out any necessary paperwork.  Slip into a plush robe and cozy slippers prior to your service and take some time to enjoy the steam rooms that are available to spa clients. Masks are no longer required except for those clients who are booked for RMT services in accordance with the BC RMT Association.

Complimentary parking is available in the underground hotel parkade. 

Reservations are recommended. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Please note that cancellations for groups or Polish Lounge Bookings require 48 hours notice in order to avoid a 50% charge. A credit card will be needed upon reservation.

Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time. Full service fee will apply. 

Gratuities are accepted and gratefully appreciated by our treatment providers. Industry standard is generally 15%.
